Cryptune is made by one person, so every message actually gets read by the person who can do something about it.
This is the best way to reach us. Replies usually come within a few days, allowing for the fact that this is an evenings-and-weekends project.
If the game will not load, a puzzle behaves strangely, or your streak has vanished, please do tell us. It helps enormously if you can say which browser and which device you were using, and roughly what you were doing when it went wrong. A screenshot is worth a paragraph.
Cryptic clues are a matter of judgement and reasonable people argue about them constantly. If a clue seems unfair, ambiguous, or plain wrong, say which puzzle and why. Some of the best corrections to the game have come from players making exactly this kind of complaint.
Titles get punctuated, abbreviated and spelled differently in different places. If you typed something reasonable and the game rejected it, that is usually our fault rather than yours, and it can be fixed.
Suggestions are always welcome. Not everything can be used, because some titles simply resist being broken into honest clues, but the list of upcoming puzzles grows from suggestions more often than not.
